December 2014

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We hope you've had a good year.  Here are some highlights from 2014:

Gina went back to work part time in the Employee Health department at Kaiser Fontana.  She has enjoyed a small break from her duties as a full-time Mom.

Nathan, now 2, has enrolled at the daycare center next to Gina's place of work.  He adjusted very well to the transition and is enjoying learning.  He likes stories and his vocabulary is blossoming. He readily recognizes the letter "N".

Rachel turned 5 in October and started Transitional Kindergarten at Mesa Grande Elementary.  She is in the same classroom and has the same curriculum as Kindergarten.  She is also doing very well in school and is developing her reading, writing, and social skills.

Ed continues to work in the Endocrinology Department at Kaiser Riverside, taking care of most of the diabetics in the Inland Empire (so it seems).

This summer we spent a few weeks in the Northwest visiting family and friends in Canada, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.  We also spent a week in Banff enjoying the majesty of the Canadian Rockies. We spent Thanksgiving weekend in Sonora with grandparents. Our Christmas has been full of music, as usual.

We wish you health and happiness in the year ahead!

Love,
Ed, Gina, Rachel, and Nathan
